LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL WHEN THE SUN IS OUT!!!!

I really feel like walking the lovable mutt when it's this nice out, even when he's been a BAAAD dog. I had lunch with extra daughter, Jenny, today.She lost her husband but she seems to be handling it well. They weren't very close anyway. He died in Tai-Wan and their ceremonies there sound differen. Something bout fire and flames and chantings. We ate a Eat N Park and I had the salad bar and half of a sandwich. Somehow we can get really full on salad and fruit. I don't think dinner will be forthcoming.

Why does everyone say I look like I lost weight when I've actually gained. It must be that when you wear black  you look thinner. Will have to buy more black junk. Do you suppose I can find black p/j.'s?

My big baby sister is doing fine. Don't know yet about her hubby. Will find out in a few days.

It's March 30th and.......

IT'S SNOWING!!!!!
and it's not supposed to snow in spring. I guess only the calendar says spring and the weather says December.

The Pain Center didn't call in my sleeping pill RX so I didn't take one last night and I didn't sleep at all. I feel so groggy and I'm going to pick up my Ambien so I can sleep tonight.. How come I slept so many years soundly and now I need a pill to fall asleep.

I put a nice big fire in the fireplace and it's blazing. That's the only thing I like about today. I like winter in December but late March is ludicrous, or is that ludicrus, or lewdicrus, whatever.

Where did it go?

I wrote an entry in my blog yesterday and it didn't go in. Where did it go> It's out there in the blogosphere floating around trying to find my blog. What a depressing thought. Anyway, it wasn't important. That was the point of the whole blog. I have nothing to write about.

It's as cold as winter. I think I'll light a fire in the fireplace. At least it'll feel inside like it looks and feels outside. I took the puppy out for a walk and he wanted to go for a long walk, My response was "NO WAY< JOSE!!!! It's Monday and I'm out of sleeping pills. I hope the Pain Center calls them in to the drug store......or I will be up all nnight tonight and tomorrow night.

All's well while rolling at sea. We stopped at Grand Turk,San Juan  etc. and are noww on the way to the Bahamas. One morning, very early, I fell out of bed. The drawer was open and I hit my face. haven't fallen out of bed in many years. My left half of my face is a bright puple and swollen like I swallowed a tennis ball. It's very attractive. Nothing hurts except my arm and knee where I landed.  But I yelled "I've fallen and I cann';t get up"> I COULDN'T GET UP!!!! I was stuck between the wall and the bed.Lee pulled and pushed and finall I as standing, very carefully. It's a great attention getter, but it's tough looking glamorous.!!!
Lee is at the pool...not to my taste so I'm going to read and relax...some more.

We're busy all the time

Tpday San Juan, Puerto Rico. There is a time change for San Juan one hour earlier. So confusing...just for the day until we start moving at 10:30 tonight. I wasn't going to go off the ship but when we got off , there stood a little man thatt said a full city on an air conditioned bus for $20. Quel bargain. It was great. Saw things I never saw the last two t imes I was here. And shopped!!!! We came back in time to nap and then go to dinner and ate with the nicest couples. Lughed and laughed and laughed.!!!!! Tonight there's a singer for the entertainment. Then at the witching hour. 11:15 a dirty comedian. All the old people will be there for sure!!!

I couldn't find my connector to charge my Kindle and the nicest man who ate with us lent me his. Hooray!!!

I have walked so much, I think  Iwill enter a race for old, naughty women, to see who can hobble the fastest.

The food has been good..especially desserts. But even  the entrees are terrific.

This computer room is a half hour walk from our  room, so you see how much I want to blog everybody.

Gotta go. My master is calling!!!!

We're on l;and again

Yesterday as we swayed in the ocean we had to hold onto the railings. We hit some heavy seas and it was wild.It didn't bother either of us though. We had a busy day and woke up as we landed in (hmmmmmm) Grand Turkl. We did  some minimal shopping here, ate a hearty lunch buffet and walked two miles to get to the computer room. I HAVEN'T WALKED THIS MUCH IN MY LIFE , MOSTLY SINCE MY VAST NUMER OF SURGERIES. {Pufff Pufff)
 So far we have a lot of very nice people. we are at open seating and we get put at a table of 8 and we have a lot of laughs. The show last night was fabulous. Everyone had as much champagne as they wanted and the singers and dancers were fabulous. We didn't go to the slots This is casino robber shop. No more do the ding-alinggs- of the machines call to me.Popo Poo.and S_____T!

I'm tired from walking around Grand Turk Island. We made a few purchases and came back to the ship. I think we're due for another nap.
